Aging Can Be Done with Grace

I'm spending more time at home. I'm now 62 years young. I've been listening to my podcast series to inspire me to keep taking care of my self. It is easy to say, " I'm too old and tired to exercise."

I'm always so glad I did my daily exercise when it's over. Starting it can be challenging. Hearing messages that keep telling you over and over how much you benefit from exercise can help you push through the messages that tell you to just sit back and give in.

I listened to this podcast tonight. I know it's going to help me get up tomorrow with determination to take care of myself. Give it a listen. Maybe this information will get you up and moving too.

Below is the link to the podcast about aging.

Dog Walk

Getting exercise does not have to be a production. It can be as simple as walking your dogs. They need exercise too.

It's a great way to bond with your dogs and for you all to get healthy. It relieves stress too. Dogs that get exercise are a lot easier to live with. People who get exercise are a lot happier. Exercise is a mood enhancer for you and your pets.

Walking is one of the best aerobic exercises. It's easy on your joints. If you can't walk outside a treadmill will do. The fresh air you get while outside does lift your spirits.

Make a commitment to yourself and your doggies that you will get in that daily walk.
